Athlete Career Program
As part of our partnership with the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), the Athlete Career Program provides athletes with career training, job placement assistance and employment opportunities while they pursue their Olympic or Paralympic dreams. We also help ease their transition from the field of play to the world of work once their athletic career comes to a close.

The Athlete Career Program supports athletes by:

• Providing career development training and job preparation support
• Learning about individual needs and goals
• Preparing and refining resumes
• Facilitating employment administration services
• Connecting athletes to career coaches

Team USA Career Program
The Team USA Program is exclusively for U.S. National Team Athletes. In addition to the advantages offered by the Athlete Career Program, the Team USA Program connects eligible athletes to opportunities and insurance coverage with participating USOC Sponsors.
