Joyce’s career with Adecco spans an impressive 25 years. Since joining the company in 1987 and working her way up through Adecco, Joyce has held roles through all levels of the organization while leading talented teams that have consistently delivered outstanding performance results through sales, service, operations and financial management.
As the President of Adecco Staffing US, Joyce is charged with leading Adecco Group North America’s largest piece of business in the United States, with over $2.5 billion in revenues, 450 branch offices, 1,850 colleagues, and a diverse portfolio of clients, including virtually all of the Fortune 500. Adecco Staffing includes the clerical, engineering & technical, light industrial, and medical & science lines of business.
As the most senior ranking woman in the United States staffing industry, Joyce has firmly established her reputation and talent for colleague development and client collaboration. She constantly strives for growth both personally and professionally while remaining focused on developing the best team in the industry and maintaining the strongest client and candidate relationships in the business.
Joyce’s inspiration comes from the people she works with as well as her relentless drive and dedication. As a passionate and strategic leader, Joyce was named one of "The 10 Most Intriguing People in Staffing" by Staffing Industry Review Magazine in 2009.
Joyce has participated in executive programs at the Harvard Business School and INSEAD, one of the world's leading graduate business schools, in Fountainebleau, France. In addition to her work, Joyce was selected as one of two Adecco USA employees to be an official torch runner at the Olympic Games in Sydney, is a member of the Committee of 200 and has attended Fortune's Most Powerful Women Summit.
Joyce holds a degree in Business and Communications from Baylor University. Joyce and her husband David live in Charlotte, North Carolina and have two sons.

Andrea Sugden, Senior Vice President, U.S. Sales

Andrea Sugden is Senior Vice President, U.S. Sales, for Adecco Staffing U.S., part of the world’s largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. In her current role, she oversees national account sales, client implementation, alternative delivery solutions and supplier management for the U.S.
Sugden's experience encompasses 16 years in the staffing industry. She began as a recruiter and worked her way through several roles in the industry to include branch management, account management, business development and regional and divisional management. Sugden joined Adecco in 2008 as a Senior Vice President of the Southern Division, which included 85 branches and 350 colleagues in 18 states, generating $450 million in annual revenue.
Sugden's dedication to the staffing industry has been recognized by a multitude of awards, including the President's Club Award two consecutive years. She was also a Circle of Excellence Winner for her outstanding contributions to the company. Sugden has consistently run one of the most successful divisions at Adecco by growing her business each year and retaining existing clients.

Bob Kovalsky, Senior Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Division

Bob Kovalsky is Senior Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Division of Adecco Staffing U.S., a subsidiary of Adecco Group North America and part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. In his role, Kovalsky is responsible for over 250 colleagues servicing clients and associates through 80+ branch and on-site operations. The division supports hundreds of clients in a variety of industries including financial services, publishing, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and various manufacturers.
With more than 25 years of sales and management experience, Kovalsky joined Adecco in 1993 as a Branch Manager, and subsequently held positions as Area Manager, General Manager and Area Vice President. Prior to his current position he served as Regional Vice President of the New York Metro Region and was responsible for overseeing General Staffing, Financial Staffing, Creative Services and Direct Placement branches.
During Kovalsky's tenure, Adecco has developed into the leading temporary staffing services provider in the major markets within the Mid Atlantic Division. He has been instrumental in the development of branch specializations that deliver contract-level and local customer service for Financial and Professional Staffing, Creative Services and Direct Placement, and has retained 95 percent of contract clients.
Kovalsky is actively involved in several business networking groups, community organizations and youth athletic programs.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. John's University.

Kristy Willis, SVP, Southwest Division

Kristy Willis is Senior Vice President of Adecco Staffing U.S., a subsidiary of Adecco Group North America and part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. In her role, Willis leads the Southwest Division and oversees offices that generate more than $500 million in revenue annually and represent a combined market share of more than 12 percent. Under Willis' leadership, this area has consistently ranked among the top in the company.
Willis has been with Adecco for nearly 19 years, starting as an Office Supervisor and steadily working her way up through various positions in field management, account management and marketing, most recently she served as Regional Vice President. Prior to joining Adecco, Willis spent four years as the catering manager for the La Costa Resort & Spa.
Willis is actively involved in the community and currently serves as a board member for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Willis graduated from National University with a Bachelor's degree in Business.

Lauren M. Griffin, Senior Vice President, North Central Division

Lauren Griffin is Senior Vice President of Adecco Staffing U.S., a subsidiary of Adecco Group North America and part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. In this role, Griffin is responsible for new business development, customer relations and service delivery in the North Central Division which generates over $475 million in annual revenue and includes 110 offices with more than 350 colleagues. On a daily basis, in excess of 15,000 associates are placed on assignment at a wide-range of clients, including many premiere employers across a diverse array of industries.
Having been with Adecco for 23 years, Lauren began her career within the company as a recruiter. Nine roles later, she has continued to demonstrate a commitment to developing talent within Adecco and strengthening client relationships. Because of this, Lauren is a five-time recipient of the President's Club Award.
Griffin is particularly passionate about supporting employment training and job placement of individuals with disabilities. As a member of the steering committee for the Massachusetts Work Without Limits annual employer summit, she works to bring together leading employers, state officials and researchers to focus on best practices for hiring workers with disabilities and building inclusive workplaces.
Lauren graduated cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing and resides in the Boston area.

Janette Marx, Senior Vice President, Southern Division,

Janette Marx is Senior Vice President of Adecco Staffing U.S., part of the world’s largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. In her current role, Marx leads the Southern Division, overseeing more than 100 branches as well as on-site operations through the southern and central parts of the country. She is responsible for sales, operations, training, development and recruitment in those regions.
Marx has been with Adecco for over 17 years, first as a customer service manager and steadily working her way up as she drove sales growth and excellence in service delivery. Prior to joining Adecco, Marx was the Senior Vice President, East Coast, for sister company Ajilon Professional Staffing.
Marx’s extensive experience and impressive track record within the staffing industry has been recognized by a multitude of awards, receiving the Presidential Leadership Award and being named Branch Manager of the Year. Additionally, Marx earned the Super Stars recognition for eight consecutive years, an honor that represents the top 10% in annual performance for the company.
Marx holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and is a sought-after expert on the economy and job market serving as a regular commentator with The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Bloomberg BusinessWeek and the Fox Business Network.
