Joyce Russell, EVP & President

As EVP & President, Joyce Russell oversees field operations and executes new growth strategies for the company to help sustain Adecco's role as the global leader in workforce solutions. Her main charge is running the company's core staffing business, of which it is the market leader across the U.S.
Russell runs all sales initiatives and leads the company's talent acquisition and development strategies. And to promote Adecco's brand, Russell manages marketing strategies, maintains business connections with senior leaders of many Fortune 100 corporations, and is Adecco's key media liaison. An effective and strategic leader, Russell has been with Adecco for two decades, and has firmly established her talent for cultivating sales and providing high quality service.
She initially joined Adecco as branch manager and gained experience in various positions at the company. Russell would eventually become senior vice president of Adecco's Southern Division– the company's largest operating unit with more than 200 offices.
Russell is well recognized in the staffing industry for her achievements, most recently winning the 2006 Highest Leaf Award from the Women's Venture Fund, a non-profit organization that supports the business aspirations of women entrepreneurs. Russell also won Adecco's Rookie of the Year Award in 1988 and Most Improved Area Award in 1990, and was recognized in 1998, 1999, and 2002 for running the most profitable divisions in the company.
Russell earned her bachelor's degree in Business and Communications from Baylor University in Texas. Additionally, Russell was selected as one of two Adecco employees to be an official torch runner at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia. She is on the Board of Directors for the Chief Diversity Officer's Roundtable at Cornell University and is a volunteer of the Young Life and Hope Unlimited organizations. She is married with two sons.

Andrea Sugden, Senior Vice President, Southern Division

Andrea Sugden is Senior Vice President of Adecco Staffing U.S., a subsidiary of Adecco Group North America and part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. In her role, Sugden leads the Southern Division and is responsible for 69 branches and more than 220 colleagues in eleven states including Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Georgia and Virginia.
Sugden accumulated 12 years of staffing industry experience before joining Adecco in February 2008. Prior to joining Adecco, she worked for Manpower as an Area Manager and Regional Director. Sugden began her career in the staffing industry at Spherion where she started as a Customer Service Specialist and worked her way up to become a Business Development Director. She also worked for UnitedHealthcare and Chase Bank Card Services earlier in her career.
Sugden's dedication to the staffing industry has been recognized by a multitude of awards. She received Manpower's Power Award for two consecutive years, was named New Associate of the Year at Spherion and was a three-time winner of the Five Star Quality Award. Additionally, she received the President's Club Award two consecutive years and was a Circle of Excellence Winner at Adecco.
Sugden graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Management.

Bob Kovalsky, Senior Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Division

Bob Kovalsky is Senior Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Division of Adecco Staffing U.S., a subsidiary of Adecco Group North America and part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. In his role, Kovalsky is responsible for over 250 colleagues servicing clients and associates through 80+ branch and on-site operations. The division supports hundreds of clients in a variety of industries including financial services, publishing, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and various manufacturers.
With more than 25 years of sales and management experience, Kovalsky joined Adecco in 1993 as a Branch Manager, and subsequently held positions as Area Manager, General Manager and Area Vice President. Prior to his current position he served as Regional Vice President of the New York Metro Region and was responsible for overseeing General Staffing, Financial Staffing, Creative Services and Direct Placement branches.
During Kovalsky's tenure, Adecco has developed into the leading temporary staffing services provider in the major markets within the Mid Atlantic Division. He has been instrumental in the development of branch specializations that deliver contract-level and local customer service for Financial and Professional Staffing, Creative Services and Direct Placement, and has retained 95 percent of contract clients.
Kovalsky is actively involved in several business networking groups, community organizations and youth athletic programs.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. John's University.

Kristy Willis, SVP, Southwest Division

Kristy Willis is Senior Vice President of Adecco Staffing U.S., a subsidiary of Adecco Group North America and part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. In her role, Willis leads the Southwest Division and oversees offices that generate more than $500 million in revenue annually and represent a combined market share of more than 12 percent. Under Willis' leadership, this area has consistently ranked among the top in the company.
Willis has been with Adecco for nearly 19 years, starting as an Office Supervisor and steadily working her way up through various positions in field management, account management and marketing, most recently she served as Regional Vice President. Prior to joining Adecco, Willis spent four years as the catering manager for the La Costa Resort & Spa.
Willis is actively involved in the community and currently serves as a board member for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Willis graduated from National University with a Bachelor's degree in Business.

Lauren M. Griffin, Senior Vice President, North Central Division

Lauren Griffin is Senior Vice President of Adecco Staffing U.S., a subsidiary of Adecco Group North America and part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. In this role, Griffin is responsible for new business development, customer relations and service delivery in the North Central Division which generates over $475 million in annual revenue and includes 110 offices with more than 350 colleagues. On a daily basis, in excess of 15,000 associates are placed on assignment at a wide-range of clients, including many premiere employers across a diverse array of industries.
Having been with Adecco for 23 years, Lauren began her career within the company as a recruiter. Nine roles later, she has continued to demonstrate a commitment to developing talent within Adecco and strengthening client relationships. Because of this, Lauren is a five-time recipient of the President's Club Award.
Griffin is particularly passionate about supporting employment training and job placement of individuals with disabilities. As a member of the steering committee for the Massachusetts Work Without Limits annual employer summit, she works to bring together leading employers, state officials and researchers to focus on best practices for hiring workers with disabilities and building inclusive workplaces.
Lauren graduated cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing and resides in the Boston area.

Diana Fitting, Senior Vice President, Adecco Engineering, Medical, & Science

Diana Fitting is Senior Vice President of the Engineering & Information Technology and Medical & Science Professional Staffing lines at Adecco Group North America, part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. Fitting is responsible for sales and service delivery for more than 2,000 local, national and global clients producing in excess of $600M in revenue annually and driving Adecco's market leadership position in the professional staffing arena across the US.
Fitting has been in the staffing industry for 28 years, including 24 at Adecco, and has held a number of positions as she quickly rose through the company ranks to her current leadership role. Previous roles have included Recruiter, Sales Representative, Branch Manager, Area Manager, Regional Vice President and Vice President National Operations.
With a history of driving innovation, Fitting has a proven capability to effectively embrace and enact organizational change. In her current role she establishes strategic objectives, executes tactical plans and oversees field service delivery to ensure the attainment of organizational goals associated with the delivery of professional talent and staffing solutions to our clients throughout the United States. In addition to her field responsibilities, Fitting has worked on several national and global Adecco initiatives, including serving as the Field Program Director for Project Atlas, a strategic performance improvement plan focused on strengthening quality, compliance and business controls at Adecco.
A native Pennsylvanian, Fitting holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The Pennsylvania State University. She and her husband Warren have two daughters, Amanda with a career in Supply Chain Management and Nikki a Navy spouse with a career in Human Resources.

Jennie Dede, Vice President, Recruiting, Recruitment Center of Excellencee

Jennie Dede is Vice President of Recruiting for Adecco Staffing US, part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions providers. In her role, Dede is responsible for building and developing Adecco's centralized recruitment model within the Recruitment Center of Excellence and developing innovative recruitment strategies nationally.
Dede accumulated ten years of experience in the recruitment industry prior to joining Adecco, with seven years of recruitment process outsourcing focused experience. Most recently she served as Vice President of Sourcing Solutions at CareerBuilder where she led the recruitment team responsible for delivering outsourced talent supply services for Fortune 500 and middle market clients. Throughout her roles, Dede has been successful in implementing several standard processes and managing large scale delivery teams.
Dede continues to leverage best practices in organizational structure and role alignment without sacrificing efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment technologies. As a dynamic and versatile leader with proven success in driving growth within a competitive marketplace, she values strategic quality controls, continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
