That’s why we established our Renaissance Program. This program promotes the advantages of temporary work for mature workers who want or need to supplement their income, mentor younger employees, or to simply stay active in their retirement years. At the same time, it benefits companies that want to tap into the invaluable experience and strong work ethic of these seasoned employees.
