JOB REQUIREMENTS:
QAD application support for our manufacturing facilities

Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field required
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Participates in gathering user/customer requirements with emphasis on manufacturing
Maintain documentation and change control
Analyze business process potentials for streamlining and improvements in efficiencies
Experience in manufacturing environment required


Specific Technology:
Experience in Manufacturing environments using MFG/PRO Software
5-7 years experience with MFG/PRO, Automated Data Collection
User support and training for MFG/PRO and internet interfaces
Proficiency in the use of all MFG/PRO Modules
Ability to train users in MFG/PRO
APICS certification, Six Sigma Black Belt, MFG/PRO certification
 
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required
