Tylandja Glover, our May Associate of the Month

Tylandia recently started working in a call center of a global financial services firm. Since day one, she has gone above and beyond her assignment and has far exceeded all expectations.

Recently, for example, Tylandja hosted a presentation for the firm's upper management team where she, along with two other employees, pitched ideas for enhancing the firm's rewards and recognition program. The presentation and the ideas it contained were so well received that Tylandja's suggested will be implemented this summer!

Tylandja is always prepared to make a difference, and is always looking for opportunities to put smiles on the faces of her coworkers. During the firm's spirit week, she dressed up as a "candy bandit" and dispensed candy to others on her team. She also organized the team's birthday club to recognize and celebrate birthdays in the office.

We can go on and on about Tylandja, but her supervisor's words pretty much sum it up:

"Tylandja Glover has given [our company] so much with her drive and determination that others want to clone her. I am so proud to have her on my team." the supervisor said.

Michelle Jannarell, our April Associate of the Month

Michelle recently finished an extremely successful one-year assignment in the pension department of a large financial services company. She played an integral role in guiding the department’s strategic project to completion, serving as the only full-time resource dedicated to the initiative. She never missed a day of work and was always willing to put in long hours. She kept a great, positive attitude, even when performing tedious tasks like filling out, filing and scanning thousands of project-related forms.

Michelle used her impressive organizational and administrative skills in order to keep the project and her team on track. She regularly suggested new ideas in order to enhance the project and the efficiency of the entire team. Thanks to Michelle’s contributions, the project was a tremendous success and the rest of the project team members were recognized with awards from the company.

Along with the pension department’s project, Michelle helped ensure the success of another important company function – the holiday party. Displaying great team spirit, she created a picture montage and a mural of funny quotes and sayings to hang on the wall during the event.

Michelle actively embraces and demonstrates all of Adecco’s core values, and we think she is an amazing choice for Associate of the Month.

Deborah Costelloe, our March Associate of the Month

Deborah is an administrative assistant with proven experience in the mortgage industry. She uses her experience to support a large banking, finance and mortgage company, where she has been a valuable asset since June 2012. Over that time, she has made a positive impact on business results and on the people she works with.

Deborah travels to three different offices throughout the week and assists seven different mortgage loan officers. She serves as a true business partner to the loan officers, taking full responsibility for gathering loan information, following up on appraisals and facilitating closing dates. By keeping the loan process moving at all times, Deborah allows the mortgage loan officers to focus on generating new business.

Deborah's manager credits her with improving the team's efficiency, eliminating errors and increasing profitability. She has been so successful that other administrative assistants have been asked to model their approach after Deborah.

Deborah truly exemplifies the Adecco core values of customer focus, responsibility and team spirit, and we are proud to name her our Associate of the Month!

Makeesa Mays, our February Associate of the Month

As a call center customer service representative for one of the world’s biggest financial institutions, customers from around the country count on Makeesa for answers to their questions. At the same time, our client has come to count on Makeesa for her professionalism, attitude and results.

Makeesa was recently recognized for her outstanding achievements in customer service, and she regularly receives positive feedback from the customers she interacts with. For example, Makeesa’s supervisor received a call commending Makeesa for her kindness and patience and willingness to help in a difficult situation.
