About the presenter:
Kristina is responsible for the strategy and direction of Adecco’s direct hire division. She works with our extensive branch network as well as our direct hire recruiters to ensure successful matches between companies and candidates for full-time roles.
Kristina has more than 15 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry – all with Adecco. After starting as a recruiter, Kristina moved into branch and area management roles in which she successfully developed recruitment strategies for many Fortune 500 companies. Prior to her current role, Kristina was the Director of Training & Development, helping colleague’s enhance their staffing, recruiting, management and operational skills.
