Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Instructors, supporting the Command's Director of Intelligence (J2) and Chief, Collection Management (CM) Branch in the development of HUMINT collection requirements and operations in coordination with the N-NC analysts and J2X. Facilitates National and DoD collection to support N-NC's homeland defense mission. Represents N-NC HUMINT collection interests in DoD and within the Intelligence Community, to ensure N-NC Commander's Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) are continuously met. Responsible for the registration, validation, processing, and submission of all HUMINT collection requirements for N-NC, to be collected by the Central Intelligence Agency and Defense HUMINT. Develops and delivers briefings advocating command positions on HUMINT collection. Maintains HUMINT collection liaison with other Combatant Command HUMINT collection managers, to provide needed CM support during world crisis involving HUMINT collection operations. Serves as the N-NC local administrator for the HUMINT On-Line Tasking - Robust (HOTR) system, and the Command's alternate counterintelligence collection manager.
Minimum Qualifications: Only Qualified Candidates Should be Submitted to Customer 1) Thorough understanding of National and DoD HUMINT organizations, collection capabilities, and current operations; 2) Minimum of five years of military intelligence experience at theater or strategic levels of DoD command; 3) Minimum of three years of collection management experience at Joint Combatant Command or Joint Staff level; 4) Bachelors Degree; 5) Familiar with HUMINT On-Line Tasking - Robust (HOTR) system, M3 Message Handling System, and Infosphere Management System (ISM); 5)
