In this position you must possesses excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
You MUST hold an MCT certification, with experience in the following: Active Directory Exchange, Citrix, etc. MCSE, VCP, and other certifications are also highly regarded. However, this is not a full time training position, this is a hands-on engineering role.
You must also be interested / experienced in doing SCOM or SCCM implementations frequently. Also, you must be able to start from scratch, take customer needs, goals, and requirements, do design and migration planning, and then complete whatever they or someone else has designed - an Exchange migration, or a SCOM build, or an SCCM rollout for example.
