RESPONSIBILITIES for this opportunity:
? Process new cards and handle ongoing card maintenance
? Card applications
? Increasing Limits
? Suspending Cards
? Cancelling cards
? Reviewing Card Activity
? Establishing and following a procedure
? Documenting a record retention process for these documents
? Customer service 50%
? Communication and Stakeholder Management:
? Drive the communication initiatives (Intranet, Global communications, targeted emails)
? Articulate TeleTech procurement policies and standards. Encourage and enforce compliance
? Work with Human Capital, Accounts Payable, and Risk to develop effective processes
? Establish good supplier relations in US and across the globe
? Answer inquiries requiring interpretation of policies
? Respond to audits, surveys, or other information requests from internal and external sources
? Maximize Rebate and Minimize Risk Exposure
? Oversee the card contracts and card suppliers to maximize financial incentives
? Appropriately escalate non-compliance situations
? Decrease Non-compliance and slow payment
? Increase compliant spend
? Reduce Costs/Increase rebates
? Participate in additional projects as needed or directed by management - gathering data and analyzing data for sourcing managers, updating Intranet, updating Procurement space, administration tasks
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
? BA/BS or equivalent experience
? A minimum of 5 years in card administration role or account management role
? Experience with analytical spreadsheets and reporting technology
? Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects
? Excellent communication skills, including the ability to organize and communicate for written and oral presentations to various organizational levels and supplier audiences
