Custodial Specialist is responsible for keeping buildings in clean and orderly condition. The employee performs regular cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, vacuuming rugs, cleaning rest rooms, washing windows, washing walls and glass and removing rubbish. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs and cleaning snow and debris from sidewalks. Housekeeping experience will be considered.

General Office Cleaning and Custodial Work at assigned CNY locations, must have own reliable transportation to go work multiple site locations. Previous janitorial office cleaning or housekeeping experience is a plus. Will be required to pass a drug & background check. These are part time evening shifts; approximately 3 to 5 hours each night, Monday thru Friday. Weekend availability is a plus.



Service, clean and supply restrooms
Gather and empty trash
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
Assist site Supervisors and Project Managers in stripping, sealing, refinish floors, carpet shampooing and other major projects when applicable.
Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors.
Familiarity with Green Cleaning Products and Techniques
