Description:
• Plan and execute marketing communication (Marcom) strategies and programs based upon a deep familiarity with and understanding of the services, products, markets and strategic goals of Customer Service North America, which is a combination of Imaging System, Multi-Vendor Service and Patient Monitoring service businesses
• Translate strategic Marketing plans into integrated Marcom activities with measurable objectives
• Provide Program Management to execute the plans, coordinate with vendors and manage Regulatory & Legal reviews
• Set Marcom priorities and lead campaign activities across a small team
• Collaborate with the NA Marketing team to align strategies and eliminate duplication of efforts
• Collaborate with different functional areas within Marcom team, including events, web and branding/advertising to develop and deliver comprehensive, effective campaigns
• Participate in regular communications and strategy sessions with the larger global team to align plans and identify ways to improve operational efficiencies
• Manage and oversee project briefing and definition (tactical implementation)process; ensure delivery on agreed upon brief metrics
• Incorporate corporate brand strategy and marketing communications policies into all activities
• Manage budgets
• Closely follow market trends, competitive activities, legislative issues, and end-user issues to formulate effective Marcom strategies that support specific that support specific business goals
• Use diplomacy, persuasiveness and a confident consultancy style to guide stakeholders in supporting the most effective Marcom strategies

Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing or related field; Master’s degree in communications or MBA is a plus
• 5+ years experience in marketing communications required
• Healthcare communications experience preferred
• Experience working closely with colleagues across geographic/time boundaries
• Experience successfully collaborating with colleagues and management that are locally and remotely
• Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of Marketing partners and be considered their communications expert/consultant
• Demonstrated ability to turn high-level marketing objectives into effective communications strategies and measurable campaigns
• Experience effectively interacting with senior marketing leaders and global counterparts on matters concerning strategy
• Ability to work cross-functionally and globally, identifying synergies between modalities and/or markets to drive efficiencies and consistency of messaging
• Proven experience that demonstrates ability to thrive in and environment that demands juggling of multiple priorities and customers simultaneously
• Ability to make autonomous decisions based on a thorough understanding and analysis of organizational and business objectives
• Strong service orientation and highly proactive working style
• Experience managing budgets and working within specified departmental/company processes
