Basic Job Description:
• Works on a team to manufacture standard and non-standard model elements
• Inspects, folds, and cuts fabric from rolls
• Assembles and rolls filter / sepralators using prescribed manufacturing procedures
• Requires a high degree of manual dexterity in manipulating materials to conform to a spiral configuration
• Requires frequent lifting, pinching, and bending, prefer prior assembly experience and the ability to troubleshoot defective materials and production
• Must have the drive, desire and leadership abilities to grow within the company
• Must be open to training and taking on the role of trainer

Requirements include:
• Constantly meets or exceeds performance standards
• High degree of manual dexterity
• Previous assembly experience (1-3 years preferred)
• Learns, understands, and is able to implement all policies, practices, and procedures
• Proven leadership abilities and a willingness to learn
• Must be able to successfully complete a client specific background check
• Must provide proof of high school diploma or GED

***1st shift: Monday - Friday 6AM - 2PM
***2nd shift: Monday - Friday 2PM - 10PM
***3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday 10 PM - 6 AM
