Adecco Engineering & Technical is currently looking for a Electrical/Mechanical Test Technician for our client in Salem,
Oregon


Looking for 3 years hands on experience troubleshooting and testing electrical/mechanical products.

Experience troubleshooting/testing electrical or mechanical productsExperience building test fixtures

Detailed, methodical, excellent problem solving skills



Experience with documentation control tools and repositories


Product reliability monitoring, reporting, analysis.


Create product reliability dashboard and provide monthly reliability reports.


Perform root cause failure analysis to troubleshoot product failures and work with engineers to come up with corrective action plan.


Drive corrective actions to completion.


Troubleshoot manufacturing failures of electrical components.


Aid engineers in coming up with corrective action plan.


Under supervision of engineer, create hardware/firmware test specifications. Independently perform and report out on tests. This includes unit, subsystem, and environmental tests.


Create mechanical/electrical test fixtures.


Maintain test labs.


Support new product introductions by acquiring parts and coordinating prototype builds.


Create ECO's, work with engineers to update release documentation, and drive ECO's through completion.


Be part of a highly technical and energized team that researches and develops innovative key control security products.


Good hands on mechanical ability for testing and design verification


Demonstrated experience with Windows operating systems and office applications


Experience with PADs and/or ProE


Work well in a team, but can work effectively independently


Strong written and verbal communication skills


Experience using shop and lab tools


AA Degree in EE/ME

-This is a position that requires the work to be performed on-site in a normal 40 hour workweek Mon- Fri during standard business hours unless otherwise stated.
