JOB DUTIES:
In this position, you will be responsible for the installation, service and repair of simulators located in the North American region. You will also be responsible for ensuring high product availability, and helping customers better utilise their simulators, resulting in high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Provide customers a high level of technical expertise.
· Organize commissioning and on-site schedules; including flight tickets, times and dates, visas, and accommodation.
· Establish and maintain up-to-date records of activity relating to customer contact, including phone support, simulator commissioning quotations, and other such client information.
· Meet customer delivery expectations in accordance with established guidelines within ESA/CSP's where appropriate.
· Create and deliver quotations for products and services to customers.
· Deliver CPU upgrades and send out Software upgrades in a timely manner as anniversary dates are reached.
· Interface regularly with Sales Staff to ensure that Customer Services supports and enhances the sales effort.
· Ensure that timesheets are completed accurately and submitted on time.
· Ensure that the 24/7 service information is updated daily and that the relevant people are notified.
· Accurately and legibly complete Customer Service Report's (CSR) and Service Quality Evaluation's (SQE) at the completion of all on site work and submit to the Customer Success Manager.
· Complete spare parts requests and submit to Customer Success Manager.
· Maintain accurate stock numbers utilizing the inventory software in regards to stock located in the US office location.
· Keep customers informed at the progress of WR's, spare parts requisitions and production timeframes at all times.
· Maintenance of working area.
· Review all open calls for his / her customers weekly and provide updates where possible.
· Collate and keep records of all spare parts used while maintaining Simulators.
· Brief customers on technical solutions, updates and assessments of their existing Simulator.
· Be diligent with company credit card usage, keep records of expenses activity and complete a capital expenditure request once spending limit has been reached.


REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum requirements include a diploma in Electronic Technology and/or Information Technology.
· A strong background in computer hardware and software applications and installation, and knowledge of Windows XP is required. Fluency in Spanish is an asset.
· This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong electrical and mechanical abilities. You must be capable of working with minimal supervision and be a strong self-starter.
· This role requires a high skill level in project management with the ability to manage multiple clients and meet the requirements of contractual maintenance agreements. You must be able to develop and maintain effective customer relationships and acknowledge the need for 24 hour customer support.
