Adecco Engineering & Technical is currently recruiting for a Sr. Designer for a client in northwest Columbus, OH.
-POSITION TYPE:
Permanent / Direct-Placement
-SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$55K - 85K (depending on experience)
-JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sr. Designer to lead a team of designers.
Needs to be creative and innovative.
Responsible for:
- Concept and design of products
- Initial fabrication of prototypes
- Providing project management support
- Development and maintenance of engineering drawings
- Providing engineering feedback for proposals
- Providing Engineering Services with concepts, drawing packs and labor requirements
- Providing production support
- Providing QC support to QC manager
-REQUIRED SKILLS:
10 - 15 years of AutoCAD & SolidWorks design experience
Project lead/project manager experience
Innovative designs
Military equipment & artillery experience preferred
