Project Summary and Position Overview:
Responsible for managing the delivery of the first phase of our next-generation intranet and our employee directory.
The successful candidate would become a member of the core online communications team, managing the intranet development process, as well as coordinating the day-to-day efforts of the technical team and contractors. The role is pivotal in ensuring continuous improvement in the tools we deliver to our internal customers.
Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree
* Blend of marketing and technical experience
* Major enterprise portal application integrations
* Experience with Intranets for global companies
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement online communications projects, within agreed deadlines and allocated budgets, working closely with internal and external team members
* Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
* Create and manage project-planning documents, budgets and return on investment information
* Coordinate pipeline and development efforts with CMIS team
