Adecco Group, a world leader in the recruitment of Technical professionals, has an immediate opening for a Components Engineer on a one year contract opportunity with a leading Automation company in Mequon, Wisconsin, 53092.
Under general supervision, conduct and participate in the research and selection of electronic and electromechanical components. Analyze components to determine compliance to design specifications. Using custom and commercial software applications, review engineering drawings, specifications and related technical data to identify equivalent components within groups. Develop work instructions for component review and analysis process.
Requires:
B.S. degree in engineering
Minimum of 2 years of related experience as a Electronic or Electromechanical Engineer in electronics industry
Knowledge of electronic and electromechanical components
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Familiarity with common professional PC applications preferred (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer). Excellent verbal and written communication skills
