Adecco is currently screening candidates for an SAP Customer Service (CS) Analyst. This position is a permanent position directly with Adecco clients, and candidates must possess valid work credentials to be employed by any US employer.

The qualified candidate will analyze current business process models, develop design for new process models and design SAP configuration to support new business processes; participate in SAP configuration.
Responsibilities:
? Work closely with management to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs; translate these needs into system requirements and design specifications; refine conceptual systems design requirements into the technical design.
? Identify gaps between business process requirements and functionality of SAP application; recommend and document solutions, including design.
? Understands how to leverage software applications and human resources to meet the business needs.
? Participate in the configuration of SAP modules in the relevant area of expertise to support ongoing business requirements
? Develop testing scenarios and criteria to validate configuration model. Participate in testing process and implement corrective measures when necessary.
? Participate in design, development, and delivery of end user training
? Serve as SAP resource for future SAP implementations, including ?as is? process mapping, ?to be? process design, configuration, testing, training, data conversion, implementation and go live support.
? Obtains the necessary approvals, and implements technology projects to ensure that goals are accomplished within prescribed time frame and cost.
Requirements:
? Strong SAP analysis, design, and implementation skills in the following SAP process area: Customer Service (CS).
? Experience in one or more of the following process areas;Customer Service, Production Planning, Final Assembly (FAS), Capacity Planning, Demand Management, MRP, SOP, Product Costing
? Strong understanding of integration of CS with other SAP process areas
? Ability to express complex technical concepts in terms the that are understandable to the business
? Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

? 3-5 + years in experience in planning, design, configuration, implementation, and support of one or more processes within SAP R/3
? Manufacturing experience preferred, solid understanding of supply chain management (SCM) process, best practice knowledge a plus
? Other certifications a plus, ie: APICS, CPIM, CIRM, others
? Experience on SAP R/3 Enterprise or mySAP
? BS or BA, Logistics, Operations, Engineering or related field. MBA a plus.
