Adecco Technical is currently seeking a Software Development Manager for a Direct Hire position for a company in Tucson, Arizona.  The position is with a market leader in Software solutions for the healthcare industry.

The Product Development Manager will develop and plan software development projects ensuring accurate estimations and on-time completion of projects.  THe successful candidate will:
Improve the quality of software with each consecutive release by decreasing the number of defects identified during functional testing and regression testing.
Improve the development process to improve the time to market.
Assist with the roll-out of new products.
100% schedule compliance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in CS or MIS
10 years of commercial software development experience including 5 years of management experience.
Knowledge of SEI CMM Six Sigma or other process improvement tools/best practices highly desirable.
Experience within the healthcare industry preferred.
