Selected firms have proven to be industry leaders in gender equity and advancement

For an organization to be selected to this list, women must comprise at least 47% of the workforce, rate the firm highly and be highly represented in leadership roles. In 2023, fewer than 0.2 percent of staffing firms in the United States and Canada qualify for the Best Staffing Firms for Women designation, making this a prestigious recognition for staffing firms seeking to hire and retain top internal talent.
