Call center representative

Assists with issue resolution for account-holding customers via phone or other correspondence. Typically, calls are inbound and volume can be very high. While most issues follow a script, some non-routine calls may require deviation from standard procedures.

The nature of this position dictates excellent customer service and communication skill. Additionally, applicants should possess one or more years of call center experience and strong computer and data entry skills. Mortgage experience is preferred.
