Foreclosure specialist

Responsible for processing and maintaining foreclosing accounts in a timely and accurate manner, calculating payoff and reinstatement figures, and communicating other debt information to involved attorneys.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of mortgage experience, ideally in foreclosure, loss mitigation, or loan modification. Applicant must be familiar with reading and understanding credit reports as well as mortgage terminology. Typically reports to a supervisor.
