Loan modification specialist

Acts as the middleman between the borrower and bank, and helps qualify and route loan modification applicants through the loan workout process.

Mortgage experience is required for this position, and foreclosure, loss mitigation or loan modification experience is ideal. Applicant must be familiar with reading and understanding credit reports as well as mortgage terminology.
