Loan registration specialist

Assists in the loan application prior to processing by making outbound customer calls regarding the status of an application. May also aide by requesting any missing documentation necessary to process the file.

Specialists should understand mortgage terminology and be familiar with credit reports, income verification, and document collection and assembly. Experience with the loan process or documentation is a plus.
