Loan service specialist

Works directly with loan applicants throughout the application process to prepare documentation including credit records, tax statements, paystubs, verifiable assets, and W2 forms. Specialists may also handle complex transactions in areas of mortgage payments/payoffs, research, transaction services, and reconciliations.

As the primary point of contact for the customer, exemplary customer service skill is critical. Other requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference given towards college course work and/or a college degree, and one or more years of prior experience in mortgage lending or financial service. Must also be able to understand the forms, systems and terminology associated with the industry, work efficiently under pressure, possess verbal and written communication skills, and be computer literate.
