Mortgage closer/ funder

Responsible for closing approved loans and disbursing funds as appropriate. Responsibility also includes a final review of all documentation for accuracy and completeness.

This position may require a bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience. Applicants must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of the field. Additionally, a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
