Title/escrow coordinators

Assists with organization and filing of real estate contract and other records related to the sale of property. Also coordinates the escrow process, and provides administrative support to the different departments that handle real estate transactions. The coordinator assists escrow officers during the brokering process by preparing title reports and completing forms required for the final transfer of funds between seller and buyer.

Escrow coordinators communicate frequently with lenders, buyers, sellers, brokers, agents and title companies on the sale or refinancing of property, and as such must have excellent and clear communication skill.
