Adecco Group NA has established strong partnerships with military installations to find veterans and military spouses temporary and full time employment. Veterans and military spouses are an ideal pool of talent as highly-skilled, highly-motivated workers with a strong work ethic and ability to adapt and adjust to change.

Focus on Military Spouses

Military spouses play a critical role in supporting our troops and their families on the home front.  However, their career goals are equally important, and having a strong support system will help to ensure that they achieve professional success. Because Adecco is nationally accessible and geared to align with flexible work arrangements, military spouses can work with Adecco from almost anywhere they are transferred to.  Whether they are seeking a temporary or direct-hire position — with a large corporation or a smaller company — Adecco can connect these individuals with the right opportunity.

That’s why we created the Military Spouse Career Connections program and built a relationship with the military services to help connect these individuals with quality work that fits their unique lifestyle.

"Once I got out of the Army, I had a really difficult time finding a new job/career. I went to so many interviews and gave my resume to almost everyone out there. I then went to a job fair for veterans here in San Diego. I met with the Adecco staff. They were so helpful and once jobs opened up I got a couple great interviews. It just took two interviews and I got this great job. I love the work and the team." – Kali Wilson, a former Army Aviation Operations Specialist in San Diego, CA, one of the veterans Adecco has helped transition from the Army to the civilian workforce.
