Bob Crouch is Chief Executive Officer at Adecco Group North America, part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. He is also a member of the Adecco Group Executive Committee, which is comprised of the top leaders of the Fortune Global 500 organization that connects more people to more jobs at more companies than anyone else in the world.

Among Crouch's many roles, he is instrumental in driving growth across Adecco Group NA's professional business lines, which includes the recent acquisition of specialty staffing leader MPS Group, while expanding the company's dominant core office and industrial staffing business – of which it is the market leader across North America and around the world.

From 2001 to 2010, Bob was Chief Financial Officer of MPS Group and was elected to the MPS Board in 2008. Since joining Accustaff in 1995 (later MPS Group), three years after its founding, Bob played a key role in developing the company into a leading provider of professional staffing solutions in North America, growing revenues to $2.2 billion in 2008.

Bob was a key contributor to the successful management of MPS through two economic up and downturns, capturing structural growth with the Group and delivering strong financial performance. At the same time, he demonstrated a strong sense for operational performance, improving the business model, ensuring the smooth integration of multiple acquisitions and engaging with business unit leaders, all with a very hands-on approach. Besides the Finance functions, Bob also led Legal, HR and Business Development during his time at MPS. Before joining MPS, Bob began his career at Arthur Andersen.

Prior to joining Adecco Group NA, Bob was the President of RPC Partners Inc., a consulting services firm with a primary emphasis on Financial and Management Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Todd King, CFO, Finance, Procurement, Legal & Service Center

Todd King is Chief Financial Officer at Adecco Group North America, part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. In his role as CFO, King manages all tax, IT, service center, finance, procurement and risk management functions for the North American operations of Adecco Group. He works with other members of senior management to build financial strategies around sales growth, margin improvement and increased profitability.

King joined the Adecco Group through the acquisition of DBM in 2011. He was the Chief Financial Officer of DBM from 2005 to 2011 and through this role contributed strongly to the success and very high profitability of the company. After the acquisition he successfully led the integration between Lee Hecht Harrison and DBM. King has international experience from previous positions as Interim President for DBM Northern Europe and Vice President Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of HIT Entertainment PLC in North America and the United Kingdom. King has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ed Blust is Chief Marketing Officer of Adecco Group North America, part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. Blust is responsible for helping deliver corporate objectives through implementing targeted recruiting and marketing tools, as well as public relations strategies that are designed to increase sales, and client and associate loyalty.

With the Adecco Group for 12 years, Blust was Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Ajilon Professional Staffing in North America since 2001.  He previously worked in sales, marketing and creative positions for premier marketing communications firms, as well as Lockheed Corporation (now Lockheed Martin).

Blust serves on the Staffing Advisory Board of Monster.com and participates on the Marketing and Public Relations Board of the American Staffing Association.  He is also an active member of the Public Relations Society of America and the American Marketing Association.  A graduate of Rowan University, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications.

Joyce's career with Adecco spans an impressive 25 years.  Since joining the company in 1987 and working her way up through Adecco, Joyce has held roles through all levels of the organization while leading talented teams that have consistently delivered outstanding performance results through sales, service, operations and financial management.

As the President of Adecco Staffing US, Joyce is charged with leading Adecco Group North America's largest piece of business in the United States, with over $2.5 billion in revenues, 450 branch offices, 1,850 colleagues, and a diverse portfolio of clients, including virtually all of the Fortune 500.  Adecco Staffing includes the clerical, engineering & technical, light industrial, and medical & science lines of business. 

As the most senior ranking woman in the United States staffing industry, Joyce has firmly established her reputation and talent for colleague development and client collaboration.  She constantly strives for growth both personally and professionally while remaining focused on developing the best team in the industry and maintaining the strongest client and candidate relationships in the business. 

Joyce's inspiration comes from the people she works with as well as her relentless drive and dedication.  As a passionate and strategic leader, Joyce was named one of "The 10 Most Intriguing People in Staffing" by Staffing Industry Review Magazine in 2009. 

Joyce has participated in executive programs at the Harvard Business School and INSEAD, one of the world's leading graduate business schools, in Fountainebleau, France. In addition to her work, Joyce was selected as one of two Adecco USA employees to be an official torch runner at the Olympic Games in Sydney, is a member of the Committee of 200 and has attended Fortune's Most Powerful Women Summit.

Joyce holds a degree in Business and Communications from Baylor University.  Joyce and her husband David live in Charlotte, North Carolina and have two sons.

Jack Cullen, EVP & President, Information Technology (Modis)

John P. "Jack" Cullen is EVP & President of the Information Technology specialty brands at Adecco Group North America, part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. Cullen is responsible for leading Adecco's specialty staffing businesses in the Information Technology sector.

Cullen has been in the information technology resource management business since 1985. Most recently, Cullen was President of Modis, a former MPS Group company. Cullen held this position since November 2000 and during his tenure he successfully improved the branch network by standardizing delivery, developing metric tracking for management and defining a culture that became the foundation for all Modis offices. He also grew Top 5 client revenue by 50% and temp revenue by 28%, in addition to achieving direct hire growth of 300% over four years.  Prior to joining the IT sector, Cullen worked for Johnson & Johnson and Colgate Palmolive as a sales professional and account manager.

Cullen is a former President of the Washington Chapter of the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB) and has been a speaker and panelist on numerous industry panels.

He currently serves on the Board of the Washington DC Basketball Hall of Fame. Cullen is a graduate of the University of Maryland and serves on the Board of Trustees at the University.  He and his wife Carolyn currently reside in Rockville, Maryland.  They have two daughters, Kristin and Kathleen.  Cullen enjoys playing basketball and an occasional round of golf as well as watching the University of Florida Lacrosse team where his daughter, Kathleen, is a midfielder.

John L. Marshall III, Esq., is EVP & President of the accounting, legal and office specialty brands at Adecco Group North America, part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. Marshall is responsible for leading Adecco's professional staffing businesses in these sectors.

Marshall has been in the professional staffing industry since 1998 when he joined the law department of the former MPS Group Inc. as Vice President. In that position, he was responsible for the legal aspects of over $1 billion in acquisitions and dispositions. In 2001, Marshall was promoted to Senior Vice President of MPS Group Services and then was named President of Special Counsel, Inc., the legal services unit of the former MPS Group and the nation's largest provider of specialized legal staffing and related services with 39 offices and nine Turnkey Legal Centers. In August 2006, Marshal was named President of Accounting Principals, the accounting and finance staffing unit of the former MPS Group.

Marshall began his legal career in 1988 as an associate in the Corporate Finance department at King & Spalding, one of the South's oldest law firms, where he provided counsel for public and private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and contract negotiations.  In 1993, Marshall left King & Spalding to become a member of the AT&T law department, where he became the chief legal officer for AT&T American Transtech, an employee and consumer services outsourcing company based in Jacksonville, Florida.

John remains a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is on the Board of Directors of the City of Jacksonville's Job Opportunity Board. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Marshall received his undergraduate education at the University of Georgia.  After graduating Magna Cum Laude with Honors with majors in both Economics and Political Science, he and his wife, Dale, returned to Florida where he attended the University of Florida College of Law.  In 1988, Marshall received his J.D. with Honors and was awarded the Order of the Coif.

David Alexander is President of Soliant Health, a leading specialty health and medical staffing provider and part of Adecco Group, the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. Alexander is reponsible for leading strategy and business development for the company which specializes in finding and placing highly skilled and experienced medical and health professionals to hospitals and healthcare providers across the United States.

Alexander began his career in healthcare staffing in 1992 when he founded Atlanta-based Elite Medical.  Elite found a niche by providing traveling and contract healthcare professionals to medical facilities throughout the country. By 2002 he led the company to number 218 on Inc. Magazine's list of 500 fastest growing companies in the country. Later that year, Alexander sold Elite to MPS Group as its platform into the healthcare industry. Elite Medical was subsequently re-branded as Soliant Health and is now one of the nation's 10 largest providers of travel healthcare staffing services.

Alexander is the past president of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services and served on the board of the Georgia State University College of Health and Human Sciences.  He holds a BBA and MS in strategic management from Georgia State University where he was recognized by the school's Robinson College of Business as one of the Outstanding Young Alumnus.

Bob Cecchini, President, Engineering (Entegee)

Bob Cecchini is President of Entegee, a leading specialty engineering staffing and solutions provider and part of Adecco Group, the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. Cecchini is responsible for leading Adecco's engineering workforce solutions businesses, which operates in over 25 offices across the United States and places approximately 2,500 engineers and technical professionals in both temporary and permanent positions.

Most recently, Cecchini was President of ENTEGEE, a former MPS Group company. Cecchini joined MPS Group Inc. in 1992 as Chief Operating Officer of Additional Technical Support Inc. When MPS purchased ATSI in February of 1996, Cecchini was promoted to President. In July 1998, the name of the division changed to ENTEGEE Engineering Technical Services to reflect the national scope of services, and Cecchini was named President.

Prior to joining MPS he was Senior Vice President at Logica North America for 4 years and Vice President at Data Architects for 5 years prior to that position. Cecchini holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Bentley College and an MBA from Babson College.

Rich Thompson, Chief Human Resources Officer

Rich Thompson is Chief Human Resources Officer at Adecco Group North America, part of the world's largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. Thompson is responsible for all areas of HR for the North American organization, including talent acquisition, talent management, training & development and compensation & benefits.

Most recently, Thompson served as Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management. In this role, Thompson managed a world-class team charged with developing new and innovative ways to provide the best coaching, mentorship, performance and skill development for all Adecco Group companies in over 62 countries.  He has also directed the company’s annual National Training, branch manager events and client meetings as well as led training programs for more than 30 countries for Adecco, including a “Best-in-class Colleague Training” seminar in Dubai in 2007.

Thompson began his career with the company at Ajilon Professional Staffing in the USA, a division of Adecco, in 1997. At Ajilon, he successfully advanced into several positions including area manager and area vice president of the Midwest region.  Thompson was instrumental in leading several key areas to strong growth during his tenure and was eventually promoted to Chief Learning Officer of Ajilon,.

Thompson has been a top rated speaker at numerous professional industry conferences and seminars. He was recognized by Training Magazine as one of its “Top Young Trainers” in and his team also received the Customer Excellence Award for “Best Business Solution” from GeoLearning, an e-learning systems company. Thompson’s expertise on talent management and other workplace issues has been featured on Fox Business News and ESPN Radio.  He has been quoted in Wall Street Journal, ELearning!, Training and Development, Training, Recruiting Trends and Best Practices in HR Magazine as well as The Dallas Morning News, CNNMoney, Forbes.com, Monster.com and SmartMoney.com.  He has also authored an article on job growth strategies for the Houston Business Journal.


Thompson received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin.    He received his Certificate in Human Resource Management and Master of Management from North Park University and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Development Program at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland and of the Senior Leadership Program at the INSEAD business school in France.  In the early 1990s, he played professional football for the Green Bay Packers.

Daniel Masata, Senior Vice President, Business Optimization and Strategy

Daniel Masata is Senior Vice President, Business Optimization and Strategy, at Adecco Group North America, part of the world’s largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. In this role, Masata works with the Presidents’ Council to identify synergies, improve operational effectiveness and provide strategic support across business units.

With Adecco Group since 1999, Masata has been based in Germany, Switzerland, the US, France, and is now again in the US. He began his career in the staffing industry with German subsidiary, DIS AG before assuming the role of Executive Management Assistant to Adecco Group’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, where he gained deep insight into the business. Masata was then named Lead Project Manager for an Adecco Group global strategy execution project. His experience includes a focus on operations projects, M&A and future business models, and he possesses extensive knowledge of Adecco Group’s General and Professional Staffing businesses as well as the people and operating models in all of Adecco’s global regions.

Masata earned a master’s degree in International Management and Strategic Controlling from the University of Mannheim, Germany, where he also concentrated on American and English Studies. He completed Business and Economics major studies at the Ecole Des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (EDHEC) in Nice France. Masata is an Adecco Leadership Program II graduate from IMD Global Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland and a Senior Leadership Program graduate from INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France.
