Adecco wins Diversity Innovation Award at World Diversity Leadership Summit.
Melville, NY (June 19, 2007) – Adecco, the global leader in workforce solutions, was a recipient of the 2007 Global Diversity Award at the World Diversity Leadership Summit, held June 4-6 at the United Nations in New York, NY. The award honors companies that celebrate diversity through innovative programs. The recognition for Adecco specifically highlights the company’s Office of Diversity initiatives in both the workplace and marketplace.
Tig Gilliam, CEO of Adecco Group North America, accepted the award on behalf of the company, and also sat on the conference's first CEO Roundtable Panel, which brought together an eminent group of multinational corporation chief executive officers to discuss their views on global diversity and how it fits into their companies' challenges, goals and strategies.
