Can I submit my resume in person?

At Adecco, we connect job seekers with great jobs in a variety of ways – online, on social media, over the phone and at recruiting events. Of course, we also meet regularly with candidates in our offices throughout the country.

However, in order to give you the best job search experience possible – and the best chance of getting the job you want – we recommend the following:

  • Make an appointment before visiting your local branch. Scheduling an appointment will ensure that our recruiters have dedicated time specifically for you. Use our office locator to find the phone number for an Adecco branch near you.
  • Fill out an online application in advance. This will save you a lot of time and paperwork, and it will make your initial meeting with a recruiter more valuable.
  • Complete online assessments when asked. Depending upon your field of interest and the position you are applying for, you may be required to take skills assessments as part of the application process. Getting it out of the way early is encouraged.
  • Dress professionally. If you are applying for a professional or managerial position, wear professional attire. For men, that means a conservative suit with a tie; for women, that means a business suit in a subdued color. If you are applying for a light industrial or warehouse position, dress shirts with dress pants are appropriate. Check out our Pinterest board for more suggestions, or ask your recruiter before coming by.
  • Come prepared. Bring at least two copies of your resume, two references from previous employers and one or two forms of identification, as specified below:
