Michael Poole

Michael is a Lab Chemist supporting one of the world’s most recognized distilleries. Michael uses lab equipment and software to organize and analyze his research. But, as an awesome reward, he gets to sample bourbon every day to ensure the product’s quality.

John Fullington

John FullingtonJohn supports a large hospital facility in Tennessee. As a Field Engineer, John ensures that all departments throughout the hospital have access to the types and amounts of medications they need to deliver quality care to patients. He also monitors product inventories and patient medication records.

Ron Cozzo

Ron CozzoRon has been with Adecco Engineering & Technical since 2002 and is one of the longest-tenured contractors in Ohio. Ron works for a large automobile manufacturer’s seating design and safety team, designing concepts for new seating systems that are comfortable, safe and good looking. Ron is always flexible, and frequently travels across the country to facilitate meetings and projects with parts suppliers and manufacturers.

Manuel Tavara

Manuel TavaraManuel is a Train Control Engineer at one of the world’s largest transportation companies. He is responsible for the design, integration, implementation and validation of train control equipment. Every day, Manuel helps the client develop new transportation technology for one of the fastest locomotives on the planet.

Jim Bernier

Jim BernierAs a Mechanical Engineer, Jim recently joined a utilities team supporting a green energy client. He is responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the client’s new $1 billion manufacturing plant.

Raffaele Malizia

Rafael MaliziaRaffaele is helping to advance alternative fuel vehicle technology at a leading technology company. As a Test and Validation Engineer, Raffaele is responsible for testing and validating the many intricate components that make up the client’s industry-leading, cutting edge product.

Jason Swanson

Jason is a Mechanical Engineer at a large healthcare organization. Since joining Adecco, Jason has been instrumental in helping the client meet deadlines on a high-tech new product launch. In his current role, he is finalizing tool designs, coordinating prototype manufacturing and conducting performance testing. He has quickly come up to speed on the technology and is providing valuable engineering input.
