Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician on a Direct Hire opportunity with a Growing a Tier 1 automotive leader in the production of quality metal parts, assemblies, and modules for fluid management systems in Louisville, KY.

The maintenance technician is responsible for but not limited to performing installation, maintenance, and repair on manufacturing equipment and facilities.

On a Daily Basis:


Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, robotic
Program and trouble shoot Allen Bradley (AB) PLC and Fanuc Robots
Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on machines and equipment
Document completion of work orders
Proactive in permanent corrective actions
Requisition repair materials, machine components and parts

Requirements:

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience with a 2 year related technical training or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude for installation, alignment and startup of machinery and equipment
Work well in team atmosphere
Strong experience with Allen Bradley (AB) PLC and Fanuc Robots
STRONG welding background (resistance, spot)
Must have automotive industry experience
Experience with Device Net considered a plus
