They can work with you on an as-needed day-to-day basis, or on an indefinite contract. Each of them goes through our Xpert assessment and training program to evaluate their skills, as well as their motivation, attitude and compatibility with your workplace environment. We perform drug screenings and background checks at your request. Plus, all Adecco Information Technology contract associates get access to our comprehensive group medical plan, 401(k), and more. All in all, hiring contract associates is a great way for you to manage your costs while staying productive.
Sometimes, you know exactly what — and who — you’re looking for. Our Direct Placement services give you access to a wide range of top candidates — including those hard-to-reach professionals who are not actively searching for a job. And, of course, the only candidates you’ll meet are those who’ve passed our in-depth screening process. We charge a one-time fee based on the candidate’s first year annual salary, but there is no charge if a candidate is not hired or doesn't work out within our guarantee period.
