Local leading organizations are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives/ CSR / Call Center Representative in a Inbound/outbound call center in Queens, NY for a long-term temporary to hire opportunities. Customer Service Representatives interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Responsibilities for Call Center CSR include but are not limited to the following:
¿ Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of concerns.
¿ Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
¿ MUST BE PROFICIENT IN THE USE OF MSW, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, POWERPOINT A PLUS
¿ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
¿ Review contract terms to determine whether a particular service is covered by guarantee/contract
¿ Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
¿ Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
¿ Compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information from invoices and prepare invoices for returned goods.
¿ Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes, such as extreme weather conditions that could increase utility bills.
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
¿ Computer literate with accurate data entry skills
¿ 1-2 Years of Experience
¿ Flexible to meet any schedule needs
Bilingual skills a +, not a must.
The schedule varies with work days that may include Monday to Sunday. Hours may also vary from 8am-12AM
