Respond to consumer calls and assist them with various questions and/or concerns. You will also be assisting them by inputting orders into the computer system and checking on the status of current orders. This is a temp-to-hire role in which you will be working an average of 20-25 hours per week. Shifts can start as early as 9am and end as late as 6pm. You will be required to work most Saturdays. The pay rate is $11.50/hr. Previous call center experience is strongly preferred.
