Will sit in a call center environment taking escalation calls and will be the last contact to take care of customer and resolve all issues to satisfying customer. Must be able to handle difficult situations in a professional and respectful manner and have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and written.
-Must have previous Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment
-Must pass grammar and spelling tests
-Must have stable work history
-Must have a sense of urgency
-Will consider candidates with previous phone sales experience
