Adecco is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for a job opportunity in the Strongsville Ohio area. This position will answer inquiries from inbound calls and will serve as the key contact to end users or customers using the client's product. It is preferred that candidates have previous call center or help desk experience.
The Customer Service Reps's job responsibilities will include:
- Answer or direct inquiries of incoming calls, serve as a key contact to end users requesting color information.
- Enter data in a customer database.
- Work with proprietary software after training.
- May be involved in troubleshooting and resolving inquiries via telephone or e-mail and ensure all follow through necessary is done.
- Prior call center/helpdesk experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Have excellent phone skills
- Must be able to work 9:00am t0 6:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Must have good problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
- High School diploma is required
