Adecco is currently looking for qualified candidates for an exciting job opportunity for a Telesales Representative Job in Hamden, CT. Telesales Representatives serves as correspondence to key people within dealerships regarding auctions. Telesales Representatives receive inbound marketing-related customer phone calls, log customer interactions and assist as necessary. This position is a 16 hour part time shift Monday-Friday. This position offers 14.00 per hour.
Telesales Representatives job responsibilities include:
Contact key decision makers at dealerships to engage them on attending the auction, forwarding lists of inventory and other requested information
Where applicable, use available data on the dealership’s transaction history to effectively match potential customers to auction inventory
Log all customer interactions in our customer database, including relevant information regarding dealership
Work closely with potential online customers with online registration
Provide guidance/instruction on purchasing online and viewing vehicle-related information
Provide general auction support as required by management
Possesses professionalism at all times
Excellent Phone Etiquette
Must have a good comfort level with using computers
Willingness to learn new programs – training provided
Bi-lingual Spanish, MS Excel knowledge a Plus but not necessary
