Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Administrative Assistant, Level II position in the
Hunt Valley, MD area. This is a part time opportunity working 1 week a month through December. Immediate Need!! Apply Now if you have the required skills and experience!
Responsibilities and qualifications:

Performs moderately complex administrative duties Organizes documents, input and verification of data. Copying and scanning documents. Must be very detailed oriented and self-motivated. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and complete tasks on a deadline. Requires strong administrative support skills and knowledge of Excel. Basic admin, pulling docs, invoices, organizing them. verify information on a spreadsheet for one week out of the month every month. Need someone with attention to detail. Must be able to work without supervision. Accuracy is critical/essential. Monday – Friday, typically the second week of each month. Basic Excel, need to maneuver, know how to open a file. This week a month is very fast paced, and it’s a deadline.
