Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Account Resolution Specialist position in Lewiston, ME. This is a 6 month contract opportunity. As an Account Resolution Specialist you will be responsible for serving clients, both internal and external, provide prompt and thorough response to requests, regardless of channel of origin or mode of communication, and meet Service Level Agreements; Escalate client issues where necessary communicate clearly, concisely and thoroughly.

Responsibilities for this Account Resolution Specialist position include:

Serve clients, both internal and external, provide prompt and thorough response to requests, regardless of channel of origin or mode of communication, and meet Service Level Agreements.
Creating New User access, checking account access, verifying details and making changes
Escalate client issues where necessary communicate clearly, concisely and thoroughly.
Manage client expectations know and apply detailed knowledge of account / service regulations and related items in providing client service.
Recognize opportunities to improve the service delivery - take ownership of these situations and refer or coordinate as necessary.
Meet SLA requirements for service and productivity.
Ensure documentation prepared/completed is accurate and properly reflects client/business intentions and is consistent with relevant rules/regulations.
Complete reports/escalate risk issues identified or process gaps.
Participate fully as a member of the team, promote team effectiveness and contribute to a positive work environment.
Participate in performance management and development activities.


Qualifications:

Must have High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of customer service experience
Previous experience within access set-up required.
Must be computer savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
1+ years experience with MS Excel, Outlook, Word
Previous experience within Helpdesk, Clerical, administrative experience with applications (HUGE ASSET)
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Must have previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
