Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a Systems Admin with a leading company in Atlanta
Position is a Contract position: 6 months
Performs analysis, acquisition, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of computer hardware, operating systems, and software utilities
Manage the deployment, upgrades, and maintenance of PCs, servers, hardware, software, desktop operating systems, and printers
Maintains software such as compilers, link editors, assemblers, utilities, scripts, macros, and subroutines
Provide system administration of hardware, operating systems, application software, and overall solutions
Maintain server backup systems and monitor system performance
Create procedures for installation, use, and solving problems for IT hardware and software
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university and three plus years related experience or equivalent experience
Ability to type and fundamental knowledge of computer word processors, database, and spreadsheet applications Ability to adopt new programs to company applications
