Full Time Financial and Loan Closers / Funders Needed Immediately in Irvine, CA!!

Adecco is partnering with a leading financial institution in the Irvine, CA area to hire multiple experienced closers / funders to assist with processing loan documents. Ideal candidates would have 5 or more years of recent experience as a strong closer or lender.
Responsibilities would include reviewing loan documents for accuracy, signing off on the loan conditions, and requesting wire transfers. As a closer / funder, you will also be reviewing all information in the title commitment, property survey, earnest money contract and mortgage insurance. The closer / funder will be expected to perform a complete audit of the loan file including both legal and financial documentation. You will also monitor and track any and all funding documentation to ensure that all necessary and required paperwork has been completed and received.

All interested candidates for the Full Time Closer / Funder position must have the following skills:
-5 or more years recent experience as a closer / funder for a leading financial institution.
-HS Diploma or GED required
-Computer savvy and proficiency in MS Office
-Attention to detail.
-Proficiency with mathematical computations
