Temporary Loan Processor
Adecco has the need to staff several temporary loan processor job opportunities for a reputable financial institution located in Laguna Hills, CA. The temporary loan processor positions run from now through July 2013. . Candidates are required to have 3 to 5 years of related experience (within the last year), and be familiar with a variety of field's concepts, practices, and procedures. The primary responsibility of this position is to process mortgage loans. The pay for the loan processor job opportunity is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
The loan processor will obtain necessary information (i.e. loan applications, credit documents, appraisals, etc.) to process and complete mortgage loan files. You will be responsible for verifying all documentation for accuracy and completeness. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks; works with general direction regarding tasks to be performed.
Loan Processor Duties include, but not limited to:
Entering initial data
Obtaining Flood Certificates
Ordering appraisals
Reviews and other web-based verifications
The receiving of all couriers, mail, parcels and faxes
Responsible for distributing of the packages or faxes to the intended receiver
Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
Route the calls to the appropriate person or take messages
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Requirements:
High school diploma or its equivalent - Bachelor's degree is preferred.
