Job Description
Senior level Commericial Underwriter will be responsible for underwriting business loans within a Wholesale Lending Services division of the bank. Will support commercial and wealth management lines of business. Will review credit information to determine the quality of loans and make recommendations for approval or decline. Underwrite loan requests that do not fit into defined risk pools.

Will be responsible for handling complex loans that will require traditional underwriting. Will recommend approval/declines on credits up to and including $1MM. Prepare analysis and preliminary terms for credit approval officer review and approval for deals which involve high levels of unique or complex financial arrangements.


Desired Skills & Experience
**Commercial Underwriting experience is a must (3-5 years preferred)
**Must have understanding of financial statement analysis and cash flows
**Bachelors degree or equivelant work experience
**Commercial Portfolio experience preferred
**RMA Credit Training is a plus
