Our customer, a leader in the financial industry with locations from coast to coast, is searching for a Mortgage Analyst. This Mortgage Analyst is a long term contract position. Position: Mortgage Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL
Hours: Monday-Friday—Standard Business Hours
Pay Rates: $20-22/hr DOE
Length: temp to perm contract

Job Description:

Duties include researching and examining credit risks, assessing credit history, and approving or disapproving extension credit. Familiarity with loan processing is a must as the candidate will have to rely on past experience and judgment in order to accomplish the goals of the department.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

Must have 2 years of recent mortgage loan processing experience
Must have some experience using DU and LP.
HARP experience is a plus**
Excellent organizational and communication skills
