A prominent investment solutions company based in Rochester is searching for people to fill Jr. Level positions. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity. This is an investment firm that deals with high net worth individuals.

Position Details:
Position: Sales and Service Growth Team Members (non-sales position)
Location: Rochester, NY
Hours: M-F (8am-5pm)
Pay: $28,000

Job Description:
Sales and Service Growth Team Members

Work with and supports 3 websites that are proprietary to this company. Perspective Partners is focused on Health and Welfare as well as financial 401K product lines
Computer skills, webinars and blogging are a key part in this opportunity.
Excellent Communication, competitive drive, strong ethical values, strong customer service skills, strong presentation skills and comfort in transition to an environment with direct client interaction.
Once you are hired you will work in this group for a minimum of 6 months and at that point you will be able to apply for any position within the firm. You will be allowed to meet with Senior Level Executives to determine their career path.
Immediately after you are hired this company will pay for you to obtain your Series 7, and Series 66 Licenses. (The company is willing to invest in YOUR part in their future)
Candidates will NOT be selling any health or life products.


Qualifications:

Recent college grads with a GPA of 3.0 or better
SAT Scores of 1120+ or ACT scores of 24 or better
Bachelors or Masters Degree
