Our customer, a leader in the financial industry with locations from coast to coast, is searching for a Operations Analyst / Investment Management / Trade Support. This is a W - 2 contract position. This is a global Fortune 500 Company, and a foot in the door has the possibility to open additional opportunities. Many of our associates have enhanced their current skills, had their contracts extended, converted to full time employment, or been re-deployed after their assignment ends.


Position: Operations Analyst / Investment Management / Trade Support
Location: New York, NY 10104
Length: 6 months +
Pay rate: $30.hr to $40.00 hr. Depends on Experience
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday-Friday


Intermediate Level position performing duties to support client investment management operations.

Setup and maintain databases and client files, process and confirm trades, research errors, failures, and inquiries.
Resolve discrepancies and takes action on matters and inquiries from clients and other departments.
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics, or equivalent work experience. 4-7 years experience
Process subscription / redemption/transfer requests - Ensure funds are received / paid.
Review subscription/redemption/transfer documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Proactively follow up on outstanding documentation - Reconcile cash movements - Administrative duties include: Coordinate mailings for marketing, reporting, tax, and audit.
Ensure compliance requirements are met, including but not limited to: SEC headcount limits; Patriot Act and other anti money laundering requirements.
Maintain investor files and register Qualifications - Internships/customer service experience a plus
Detail oriented - Ability to multi-task - Organized and self motivated - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - 1-3 year relative experience.
