Adecco is hiring for a leader in the banking/financial industry. We are searching for a Foreclosure Support Specialist in the Richmond, VA area. Long term contract position. Immediate need.

Position Details:
Position: Foreclosure Support Specialist
Location: Richmond, VA


Will prepare Assignments of Mortgage, Substitution of Trustee documents. Also responsible for the required supporting documentation for all documents prepared. Responsible for overall compliance with policies and procedures for all foreclosure types (CONV, FHA, VA). Effectively communicate with senior management team to reach department and corporate goals. Successfully work in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
Responsible for the preparation of foreclosure documents for execution to include research and retrieval of supporting documentation from various internal systems. Responsible for routine mortgage default activities including foreclosure related business transactions. Team members must also audit completed work for errors before submitting and correspond with attorneys/paralegals to ensure that documents are completed for foreclosure sales in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications for level 1: 1 to 2+ years of back office financial services industry experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and follow up on all issues daily. Attention to detail, good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Good PC Skills. Basic knowledge of financial services/banking principles and regulations.
The ideal candidate must be a self starter, have the ability to multi-task, must be logical. Ability to resolve difficult issues in a timely manner. Good interpersonal skills. Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook experience Must be eligible to manage or perform loan origination or servicing functions under Mortgage Investor or government agency guideline requirements.
