Adecco Group, a world leader in the recruitment of financial and banking professionals is hiring for a Compliance & Control Analyst on an 18 month assignment with a top banking client in Tampa, FL.

Position Details:
Position: Compliance &Control Analyst
Location: Tampa,FL - 33610
Length: 18 Months
Shift: Mon – Fri
Pay Range: $22.00+ per hour, based on skills and experience.
Compliance & Control Analyst Job Description:
-Performing Enhanced Due Diligence reviews for new and existing high risk customers.
-Analyzing client information, documentation and activity.
-Performing various searches to identify negative or derogatory information.
-Following up with the business on outstanding requests for additional information or documentation.
-Interacting with the business, other analysts and management daily regarding accounts under review.
-Analyzing all compiled information and documentation to determine if the client poses a potential risk.
-Documenting searches performed, analysis, conclusion and recommendation.
-Escalating negative information or potential risk to management for review.
Compliance & Control Analyst Candidate Requirements:
-Strong research and analytical skills.
-Ability to identify patterns, trends and potentially suspicious or questionable activity.
-Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions.
-Ability to comfortably interact with the business, advisory, other analysts and management daily.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Ability to multitask and handle multiple cases concurrently.
-Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
-Ability to read, write and speak English fluently required.
-Ability to read, write and speak a second language is a plus.
-Moderately Strong/Intermediate – Microsoft Excel, Word, Office and Internet search skills (i.e., Google).
